Birdwood North Prospect

The Birdwood North prospect is a concealed pipe-like porphyry copper deposit suggested to be at a depth greater than 300 metres.

Soil geochemical data from historic exploration validated by Anchor has been reassessed. Re-contouring defines strong copper and molybdenum anomalies coincident with a magnetic low covering an area of 600 metres × 400 metres. The target is a sub circular 2000ppm soil copper anomaly 100 metres in diameter within the larger anomaly (Fig 1 and Fig 2).
